Greetings vendors...
We will be arranging the upstairs differently this year. We will be using the beautiful main doors for festival guests. Performers will be the only ones using the back door. We are in hopes this will alleviate the congestion and make the upstairs vendor room feel more comfortable. We will also be adhering to the strict limit of 25 vendor tables upstairs, so early registration is advised.
Third, we will be having a "souk" space downstairs. The spaces will be only a card table size and souk vendors will need to provide their own table. It is our desire to give another life to all the costumes you may be wishing to pass forward.
Last, but certainly not least, we have a new vendor coordinator this year. She is by no means a newcomer to DDF. You will meet her either on Friday afternoon, if you come to unload then, or Saturday morning as you arrive for set up. Dunia will not be readily available to vendors moving forward. We are confident you will find her an excellent ally and will enjoy working with her.
